- 申込手続きの完了時に、最初の契約期間分を決済します。以降は各契約期間の終了時に、次の期間分を決済して自動更新します。
月額の契約期間は、決済が完了した時刻から、翌月の同じ日の同じ時刻までです。年額は、決済が完了した時刻から、翌年の同じ日の同じ時刻までです。同じ日がない月（例: 1月31日の翌月）は、その月の末日とします。
契約期間の終了日時は、決済事業者（Stripe）の顧客ポータルページおよび各アプリの案内に表示します。
クレジットカード利用代金の口座からの引き落とし日は、ご利用のクレジットカード会社にご確認ください。 - サービスの提供時期
- クレジットカード決済の方は、決済完了後、ただちに利用できます。月額は、決済が完了した時刻から翌月の同じ日の同じ時刻まで、年額は翌年の同じ日の同じ時刻まで利用できます。同じ日がない月（例: 1月31日の翌月）は、その月の末日とします。
法人契約の方は、決済後にサービス提供準備をさせていただきます。
お申込の際にご希望の提供開始日をお伺い致します。 - 自動更新の停止
- 決済事業者（Stripe）の顧客ポータルページから、いつでも自動更新を停止できます。停止後も現在の契約期間の終了までは利用できます。期間終了をもって当該有料契約は終了し、更新されません。すべての有料契約の有効期間が終了したときは、利用規約上の利用ユーザーでなくなります。
- 返品・返金について
- デジタルサービスの性質上、提供開始後の返金は原則として受け付けていません。運営者の責めに帰すべき事由により継続して利用できない場合は、サポート（お問い合わせフォーム）からご連絡ください。個別に対応します。

- Communication charges for downloading the app, connecting to the website that provides the app, and similar internet use are paid by the User.

- The first term is charged when signup completes. Thereafter, the next term is charged at the end of each term and the plan renews automatically.
A monthly term runs from the time payment completes until the same time on the same calendar day of the next month. A yearly term runs until the same time on the same calendar day of the next year. If that date does not exist (for example, the month after January 31), the last day of that month is used.
The exact end of the term is shown in the customer portal page of the payment provider (Stripe) and in each app’s billing information.
For the date your credit card charges are withdrawn from your bank account, please ask the credit card issuer you use. - When the service is provided
- For credit card payments, the Service is available immediately after payment completes. A monthly plan can be used until the same time on the same calendar day of the next month; a yearly plan until the same time on the same calendar day of the next year. If that date does not exist (for example, the month after January 31), the last day of that month is used.
For corporate contracts, we prepare the Service after payment.
We will ask for your preferred start date when you apply. - Stopping auto-renewal
- You can stop auto-renewal at any time from the customer portal page of the payment provider (Stripe). After stopping, you may keep using the Service until the current term ends. When the term ends, that paid contract ends and does not renew. When every paid contract’s active term has ended, you cease to be an Account User under the Terms of Use.
- Returns and refunds
- Because this is a digital service, we generally do not accept refunds after delivery. If you cannot continue using the Service due to a cause attributable to the Operator, contact us throughSupport (contact form). We will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
